Rishi is an Auburn High School graduate and brings four years of professional broadcast experience to CBS5. Before joining CBS 5 WTVH, Rishi worked as a sports reporter/anchor at WHP-TV the CBS affiliate in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Rishi's first broadcasting job was at CBS 21 as a photojournalist, but he left in 2004 to begin his on-air career at KTVO in Kirksville, MO. Rishi's a graduate of the University of Maryland where he covered perhaps the best four year ride of success in the history of the Terrapin athletics. Rishi covered a men's basketball national championship and two major football bowls as a play-by-play announcer and color commentator for the student-run WMUC radio. He was also the voice of Maryland men's lacrosse for several years.
