After a million and a half dollars spent to decontaminate a piece of property across from the inner harbor, developers are hopeful someone will want to set up shop.
The vacant lot on West Kirkpatrick Street sat untouched for years.
The biggest obstacle until now has been how contaminated the site was.
Paint seeped deep into the ground, 10 feet in some places.
