Manslaughter charges have been filed against an Oswego man, in connection with the death of Oswego woman half a year ago. That's when the body of Irene Doviak was found dead in her home.
Investigators from the Sheriff's Department have charged 45-year old Frank Ward of Chapel Road with manslaughter.


He was initially charged with assault, but detectives determined Doviak died from injuries she sustained, allegedly at the hands of Ward. Ward is currently behind bars, and no bail has been set in his case.
