Erin Maxwell's father and step-mother, Lindsey and Lynne Maxwell have been arraigned in Town of Palermo Court.

They each pleaded not guilty to 6 counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They are in Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2500 cash bail or $5000 bond.

Update-10:14am:

Erin Maxwell's step-brother, Alan Jones, was arraigned this morning in Oswego County Court.

Jones pleaded not guilty to 2nd Degree murder charges. He was sent to Oswego County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $250,000 bond.

Erin's father and step-mother, Lynn and Lindsey are in Town of Palermo court awaiting arraignment on separate charges.
