Family Arrested: Trying To Make Bail

Family members of murder victim Erin Maxwell are trying to raise 5-thousand dollars bail so Erin's father Lindsay and stepmother Lynn can be released from jail.
Their attorney says the couple wants to get out of jail so they can fight the child endangerment charges against them. It is unlikely Erin's stepbrother Alan Jones, the person police say strangled her, will be released from jail. His bail is set at 100 thousand dollars. Jones is charged with second degree murder.
