Crunch Reach Agreement With Veterans

By Keith Kobland

The Syracuse Crunch, now marching to the playoffs, have reached an agreement to continue to honor those who've marched for our country as service veterans.
This all comes in the wake of the use of memorial hall at the War Memorial. A small group of Vets voiced concern about what they considered to be a disrespectful use of memorial hall for some of the Crunch promotions. All sides on the issue met this week, and the Crunch pledged to move some events out of the hall, and to hold only the smaller, quieter promotions inside the foyer. By the way, the team continues its on ice success too, beating Toronto last night in a shootout at the War Memorial.
