Alleged Computer Tampering Teens Wont Face Jail Time

By Keith Kobland

The ongoing legal dealings in the case involving 3 Fayetteville Manlius high school students accused of computer tampering continues.

And instead of being heard in County Court, the case will now unfold in Manlius Village Court, where it is unlikely the three teens will face any jail time if convicted. Ahmed Souid, Joshua Brown and Christian Bucknell are all accused of tampering with school computers, changing their grades. N word yet on when they're due back in court. DA Bill Fitzpatrick plans to file a felony reduction memo, reducing the severity of the charges against the trio.
