A former Holland Patent student is sentenced today in Oneida County Court for his role in bringing a loaded gun on a school bus last november...
17 year old James Ranaudo was sentenced to one to three years in prison. Another student....17 year old Matthew Heinig also faces charges for firing the gun on the bus...the bullet passed through two seats without hitting any students.
Heinig will be sentenced later this month...
