Utica's Arcuri Seeking Re-election
Democratic Congressman Michael Arcuri says he'll seek a second term in office. At a morning press conference in Utica, the 24th District incumbent announced his plans in front of a throng of supporters.
Arcuri is being opposed by Cooperstown Republican Richard Hanna, who will run as an independent. Hanna, a construction contractor with no previous political experience, says he would love an opportunity to instill change. |
