Massage Therapist Arrested

State police in Elbridge have arrested a man they say video taped a woman undressing. Mark Boice runs a massage therapy business out of his home on North Main Street. In the home, there's a private area where people undress in preparation for their massages. Boice allegedly video taped a female client taking off her clothes in that area, and police believe she may not be the only one.
