The bottling line is back in business this afternoon at the Matt's Brewery in Utica.
It was on one month ago that fire caused about 10-million dollars in damage to the production area of the facilty. This morning, brewery officials, including owners Nick and Fred Matt, held a news conference to update the status of renovation work, which comes just before the traditionally busy July 4th holiday. The Matt's family says however, it has missed what is typically the best month of the year for the beer business.
