CXTec Downsizing

CXTec is cutting staff by 12%. It says it lost a key account recently and that it needs to reduce costs to fix its bottom line. The layoffs account to 42 employees in the Syracuse office and three in Buffalo. This is the company's first job cuts in its 30 year history. Employees will be offered severance packages.
