Teen Shot Walking on Syracuse's Southside

A teenager in Syracuse was shot twice walking along the 1800 block of South State Street Sunday afternoon. Syracuse Police say Dominique Smith, 18, heard shots and realized he had been shot. He was hit once in the left ankle and once in the right foot. His injuries are not considered life-threatening. A friend drove him to the hospital. At this point, police do not have anyone in custody.
