All charges have been dropped for a Madison County man who served three years of an eight year sentence for sex abuse charges. 34 year old Daniel Lackey of Wampsville had been found guilty of sexually abusing a woman along a stretch of railroad tracks in Oneida back in 2004. In 2007, he was released from prison after the victim made a comment about a separate sexual abuse case she was involved in saying she heard voices telling her to cut herself and say she was raped. Earlier this week, the District Attorney said he would not retry the case.
