O.C.C. will be enforcing a strict tobacco free policy when the fall semester begins on Tuesday. Smoking is only permitted in parking lots that are at least 50-feet away from campus building entrances. First time violators will be warned. Second and third time offenders can be fined up to 50-dollars.
