Chiefs End 10-Game Home Losing Skid

The Chiefs snapped a modern era record ten game home losing streak with a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the ninth inning to win 4-3 against the Charlotte Knights. Danny Sandoval earned the free pass from Scott Sauerbeck to end the game. Russ Adams hit a three run homer in the first off Tomo Ohka for the other Chiefs runs, but Charlotte rallied back to tie the game with an eighth inning homer by Royce Huffman off Jordan De Jong (6-2).
