Nana Barclay celebrates 100th birthday

This is a photo of Ruth Barclay. Her granddaughter Vikki has contacted our newsroom to let us know about this wonderful story. Ruth celebrates her 100th birthday this weekend. She lives in CNY, but spent her younger years on a farm in Oklahoma. She entertains her family with stories about growing up in the midwest, and about traveling from Oklahoma to Texas in a covered wagon. Ruth's family has planned a big birthday bash for her this weekend, and we don't want to give away too much on that since it's going to be a surprise. But we do appreciate Vikki thinking of us, and allowing us to bring this story to our viewers. Happy birthday Ruth, from all of us here at CBS5!
