Tammy took these photo's and video at 4:40 pm in Oswego on the west side leaving Oswego, N.Y.
The storm came in fast and all this water came from run off out of the upper Laker parking lot, from S.U.N.Y. Oswego. Then ran down Rt. 104 and down near by streets and neighborhood lots. This build up of water came down in about a half an hour. The weather changed from a PERFECT sunny day into this in about an hour...
