When I asked my daughter Mariah, who will be 6 in August, if she could meet Carrie Underwood what would she ask her? She replied, "I would ask Carrie if I could come up on stage and sing with her and hold her hand." Mariah has been a fan of Carrie's since she was on American Idol. She knows the words of her songs by heart, and imitates her actions from her music videos. This past Christmas she asked Santa to bring her Carrie's newest CD. The picture is of Mariah at the NY State fair waiting to see Carrie perform.
