Sometimes a meandering drive, on back country roads, can offer refreshing scenes such as this spot on the Mad River in Camden. Well known, for Spring trout fishing or Summer swimming, this is one of Mother Nature's gifts that I never tire of capturing on film. Winter shots when the water is rimmed with crystal ice, Spring when the trees are first bearing leaf and the river is swollen with winter run-off, and Fall with a back-drop as vivid as an artist's pallet. One more reason to stop and smell the roses.
