Handsome Sailor - My Dad!

This is a pic of my dad, Roland Frederic Hudson, Jr. He served in the US Navy as an electrician on the USS Delta from 1944 until 1946. He reenlisted in 1953 and served on the USS LST 1154 based in Virginia. Dad was born in Georgia and moved to New York after marrying my mom. Everyone knew him as Dusty. We lost him to a brain aneurism in 1958. Even though I lost him when I was only 4, my Dad will always be my hero.
